Security is one of the basic needs in human societies and the structural bedrock of human individual and social life which introduced into economic development prerequisite, intellectual growth predisposing and source of political self – dependence. This research with topic (community security and social harms) is going to explain the value and position of security, itemize social harms and then analyze the relationship between them. The most important harms among all of them consist of: poverty, joblessness, narcotics addiction, sociopolitical disagreements and disputes, unveiled ness, alcoholism, … Whichever are reckoned the most significant and serious threat against social safety and finally it was concluded that encounter with security threat factors is all on people own, in addition to police force and if we would like to have a safe society and also benefited from social safety, the least expenditure are functions self – constitution, inner well – being of humans and Acceptance of response ability by Islamic community people.

In the old ignorance, female, about the humiliation of the most prominent symbols of the humiliation, brutal and inhumane act of burying alive of girls. In this article has been attempted to proceed up with one of the organizational behavior concepts as well as citizenship behavior which is one of the new issues in this science together with checking the quality of the variables effects related to it .at the beginning there is a definition of the OCB hence forth its types and dimensions are mentioned and also the concepts related to OCB are expressed. At the end there will be inferred to the incentive policies of this behavior in organizations and the probable obstacles situated on the route of the process realization as well

Noor is a city in western Mazandaran province and also the administrative center. It is developing for few years by focusing on tow pivots tow become changed on the one hand in tow a university town" but on the other hand in tow" seashore capital of Iran" There are 15000 students who studying at 6 academic institutions in this city with a population of over 20000 people nowadays. A great deal of the students come to the city from the other parts country of the country especially Tehran. The author believes the city is changed into a resort and university town without consideration of natural environmental (green) economic and particularly socio cultural evolution infrastructures of the county as if we are encountering the social and cultural tensions between locals and students.
